Introduction
An
Application for everyone , which can help identifying the functions , normal
and abnormal findings of one part of the human body. It will be a guide for
assessing clients condition to obtained correct findings and to prevent error
in managing the client. The application will give/flashed the anatomy of the
human body.
Student
friendly application for them to have a additional knowledge and easy access
during assessment. Health professionals friendly for it help them to prevent
error or wrong diagnosis. This is also for others who are interested to know
about their conditions it help them to give new and accessible information.
Procedure
With
the anatomy of human body graphics. You will just click the desired parts you
want to.Then it will give you information about it.
P.1 .You click the EYES and the options will appear on screen.
P.2.You’ll
choose any of the three options. Example you choose ABNORMAL then it will give
you abnormal findings about the selected part, the EYES.
P.3 .Among the abnormal findings flashed on screen you will
select what you want to know. The image, signs and symptoms , description and
nursing management will pop-out.
If you will click FUNCTIONS , it will give you details about
the anatomy of the selected part.If you’ll click NORMAL findings it will give
you normal manifestations about the
eyes
